Over the next couple of days forecasts are calling for temperatures in the low 20's and into the teens overnight. Please be sure to protect all outdoor plumbing fixtures, disconnect hoses and try to insulate spigots. Plumbing under mobile and modular homes may be at risk if underpinning or skirting is not in place properly. If necessary, let faucets drip overnight if your plumbing is prone to freeze. If pipes burst please shut your water off at the meter if possible, or call our office or after hours number.

Darlington County Water and Sewer Authority addresses interruptions in online payments and communication by phone during the transition to new software.
Please bear with us as we transition to the usage of new software to better serve you. We acknowledge that there have been disruptions in telephone communication due to the heavy volume of calls concerning this transition. Our staff is unable to call out or return calls at this time due to the burden on our phone systems.
