  1. Center Rd. from Patrick Hwy. to E. Old Camden. Including the following roads: Piedmont Dr, Rainwood Dr, Sandy Point Dr, Meadowview Dr, Rockcrest Dr, Tanner Dr, Swinney Dr & Boggy Swamp Cir.
