Bill Payment

Darlington County Water Sewer Authority offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 Automated Phone System

You can reach our 24 Hour automated phone system by calling (843)944-3016.  You will need your account number off your bill to access your account.  You can access your account balance and pay your bill with a debit card, credit card, or check.  You can access the system 24 Hours a Day.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  If you do not have a payment coupon, please include account # or address.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Draft Authorization Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.  

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office at 131 Industrial Way (off Hwy 151), Darlington.  We accept cash, check, debit card, credit card or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Online Bill Payment Service

You may pay your bill through our online bill payment service by following the link below.  You will need your account # and name as setup on your water account.  You must wait to receive your first bill to sign up for this service.  Please note when you sign up for the service, you will no longer receive a bill through the mail, but will receive it by email.
